摘 要:目的:探讨丹参在重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)大鼠结肠壁神经丛ACH、VIP、NOS表达与胃肠动力关系。方法:50只SD大鼠,随机分为假手术组(AF组)、丹参处理假手术组(SI-AF组)、重症急性胰腺炎组(SAP组)、丹参处理重症急性胰腺炎组(SI-SAP组)以及空白组,每组各10只。建立重症急性胰腺炎大鼠模型;干预结束后比较结肠壁神经丛乙酰胆碱(ACH)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)以及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)的表达与胃肠动力关系。结果:干预后与SAP组比较,SI-SAP组胰腺组织病理学评分较低(P<0.05),结肠肌间丛以及结肠黏膜下丛ACH表达较高(P<0.05),NOS表达较低(P<0.05),VIP表达较低(P<0.05),IMC周期以及Ⅰ、Ⅱ相时间较低(P>0.05);Ⅲ相时间、Ⅲ相峰电振幅及频率较高(P>0.05)。结论:丹参在重症急性胰腺炎大鼠结肠壁神经丛的治疗中有显著作用,其治疗机制与显著提高结肠壁神经丛ACH表达,下调NOS表达以及VIP表达水平,改善胃肠动力作用有关,缓解胰腺组织损伤。Objective: To study the role of Danshen Injection on ACH,VIP and NOS expressions in colonic wall nerve plexus and the gastrointestinal motility in rats with severe acute pancreatitis( SAP). Methods: Fifty SD rats were randomly divided into shame operation group( AF group),Danshen intervention of AF group( SI- AF group),severe acute pancreatitis group( SAP group),Danshen intervention of SAP group( SI- SAP group) and blank control group,with 10 rats in each group. The SAP rats model was established. After intervention,the relationship between the automated clearing house( ACH),vasoactive intestinal peptide( VIP) and nitric oxide synthetase( NOS) expressions in colonic wall nerve plexus and the gastrointestinal motility was compared. Results: Compared with the SAP group,the pathological score of pancreatic tissue in SI- SAP group was lower( P〈0. 05),the ACH expression in colon myenteric plexus and colon submucosal plexus higher( P〈0. 05),the NOS expression lower( P〈0. 05),the VIP expression lower( P〈0. 05),the IMC period and the times of I,II phases lower( P〉0. 05). The III phase time and III phase electricity peak amplitude and frequency were higher( P〉0. 05). Conclusion: Danshen Injection has obvious effect in the treatment of colonic wall nerve plexus of rats with SAP. Its treatment mechanism can lead to the obvious improvement of ACH expression and reduction of NOS expression and VIP expression in colonic wall nerve plexus as well as the improvement of gastrointestinal motility and it can relieve the injury caused by pancreatic tissues.
