摘　　要：经前期综合征(PMS)为育龄期女性常见病多发病,因其发病率高、影响严重而日益引起人们的广泛关注。肝气逆证是PMS的主要亚型,是肝气偏盛而产生的以功能亢奋为特点的证候,主要表现为情志亢奋、急躁易怒。经前平颗粒(JQP)是针对PMS肝气逆证研制的国家三类中药新药,具有平肝理气、除胀止痛、佐以和胃等功效,是典型的调肝方药。近年来,针对JQP治疗PMS肝气逆证的研究日益增多,但其具体作用机制尚不明确。现就其作用机制作一综述与阐释,以期更好地应用于临床。Premenstrual syndrome（ PMS） is the common frequently- occurring disease among childbearing age women. This disease attracts people＇s increasing wide attention because of its high incidence and serious influence. The liver Qi invasion syndrome is main of PMS,characterized with liver Qi hyperactivity which have symptoms such as exciting and irritability. Jingqianping Granule（ JQP） is the new Chinese herbal medicine with the effect of calming and regulating liver Qi,relieving flatulence and pain and harmonizing stomach and so on,being the liver- regulating compound recipe. In recent years,the study of the liver Qi invasion syndrome of PMS is increasing,but the specific mechanism is unclear. Now the mechanism of its action is summarized and explained in order to better apply in clinic.
