摘 要:铝合金的室温成形性较差,用传统压力机拉深成形时,在凹模内径不变一道次拉深的条件下,极限拉深高度较低。采用电磁辅助拉深成形方法,可以将工件的拉深高度提高到传统方法的1.44倍。文章设计了一种具有法兰助推拉深能力的环形线圈结构,形成了拉深与助推联合作用的电磁脉冲辅助渐进拉深成形工艺。试验结果表明,采用这种新工艺可以使铝合金板料的拉深成形高度提高到传统方法的2.16倍。During the conventional one-step deep drawing process with the inner diameter of the die kept as a value, the limit drawing height for the aluminum alloy material is minor due to its poor formability at room temperature. Some scholars have proposed the electromagnetic assisted stamping method, and the limit drawing height of the work piece can be increased to 1.44 times of that in the conventional drawing. In this paper, a kind of annular coil structure with the capability of pushing the flange material into the die cavity has been designed. And a new forming process named the electromagnetic pulse assisted incremental deep drawing has been developed, which combines the effects of drawing and boosting. The experimental result show that, by using this new forming method, the limit drawing height can be increased to 2.16 times of that in the conventional drawing.
