摘 要:带钢平整过程中,平整辊表面粗糙度、辊径等工艺参数对带钢表面质量控制有重要的影响。采用有限元法,通过建立不同粗糙度的平整辊模型,对平整工艺进行数值模拟,研究了不同平整参数下复制率的变化规律。结果表明,粗糙度复制率随压下率的增大而增大,随平整速度的增大而减小。同时,在相同压下率并忽略平整前带钢的粗糙度下,在复制率都未达到饱和时,粗糙度复制率随粗糙度增大而减小。摩擦系数的改变对小粗糙度下平整复制的影响更为显著,而大直径辊更容易获得大的平整粗糙度复制率。另外,采用析因法得到压下率和平整辊表面粗糙度是影响平整后带钢表面粗糙度的主要控制因素。研究结果有助于加深对表面粗糙度复制过程的认识并为平整工艺的优化和改进提供理论依据。During the skin-pass rolling process, the technical parameters such as the roughness of roll surface and the roll radius have great influences on the :surface quality. In this paper, finite element (FE) method was used to simulate the skin-pass roiling process with different roughness models. The calculation results showed some changing rules of roughness transfer ratio under the various skin-pass parameters It was found that the roughness transfer ratio increases with the increasing of thickness reduction rate and decreases with the increasing of rolling speed. Under the same reduction rate and neglecting plate's initial surface rough- ness, the roughness transfer ratio decreases with the increasing of the rollers surface roughness. The friction coefficient significantly affects the roughness Lransfer ratio when the roller has a low roughness value. In addition, large roll leads to high roughness transfer ratio. The thickness reduction rate and the roller's surface roughness are the main factors related to the roughness transfer ratio according to the method of factorial analysis. The above research conclusions can give guidance to optimize and improve the skin-pass rolling performance.
