延伸护理干预对乳腺癌患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨延伸护理干预对乳腺癌患者的影响。方法:将130例乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组各65例,对照组给予常规基础治疗、用药监督及护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予延伸护理干预,比较两组护理干预效果。结果:观察组患者干预3、6个月生活质量评分高于干预前和对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活能力指数(ADL)优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:延伸护理干预可提高乳腺癌患者的生活质量和日常生活能力。Objective： To explore the influence of the extended nursing intervention on breast cancer patients. Methods： 130 patients with breast cancer were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group（ 65 cases in each group）. The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment,medication supervision and nursing intervention and extra extended nursing intervention was implemented in the observation group,the effect of nursing intervention was compared between the two groups. Results： The scores of life quality of the patients were higher after intervention for 3 and 6 months than those before the intervention in the observation group and the scores in the observation group were higher than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the ADL was better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The extended nursing intervention can improve the quality of life and ADL of patients with breast cancer.
