摘　　要：本文报道我院经腰背部直切口施行肾、输尿管取石的53例临床观察。该切口损伤小、出血少、恢复快,已为学者们公认。本文着重讨论患者体位、手术入路和范围等问题。The clinical observation of 53 cases of renal and ureteral calculi through vertical lumb otomy was reported. It was recognized that this approach resulted in little wound damage, less bleeding and rapid convalescence. The position of patients on the operating table, the surgical approach and the extent of operation were discussed in particular.
