摘　　要：对5根纵筋率不同的复高钛重矿渣混凝土有腹筋约束梁进行抗剪性能试验研究,同时制作2根普通混凝土梁进行对比,分析该种混凝土梁的不同纵筋率对有腹筋约束梁破坏程度的影响及受剪承载力的影响。试验采用集中荷载作用于剪跨比为1.5的约束梁,观测分析梁裂缝开展及破坏情况得到:随着复高钛重矿渣混凝土有腹筋约束梁纵筋率的增加,其临界斜裂缝的倾斜角逐渐减小,梁的主要裂缝发展程度也越小,梁的抗剪能力逐渐增强;当梁的纵筋率大于某一临界值时,梁的破坏形态会由弯曲破坏转为剪切破坏。通过比较《规范》计算的抗剪承载力和抗弯承载力对应的剪力大小,能够判断复高钛重矿渣混凝土有腹筋约束梁的最终破坏形态;其抗剪承载力试验值比按《规范》计算值平均高36.1%,满足规范要求,为该种梁的工程运用提供理论依据。The shear strength test study of 5 different-longitudinal-reinforcement-ratio restrained beams with web reinforcement made of complex high titanium heavy slag concrete are conducted,and meanwhile 2 ordinary restrained beams are made for comparison,aiming to analyze the effect of different longitudinal reinforcement ratios of this kind of restrained beams on the damage degree of the restrained beams with web reinforcement and the effect on the shear bearing capacity. In the test,the concentrated loads are put on the restrained beams whose shear span ratio is 1. 5,and the observation and analysis results of the beams＇ crack development and damage degree are as follows： with the increase of the longitudinal reinforcement ratio of the restrained beams with web reinforcement made of complex high titanium heavy slag concrete,the inclined angle of critical oblique crack decreases gradually,the main crack development degree of the beams decreases gradually too,and the shear capacity of the beams increases gradually; when the longitudinal reinforcement ratio of the beam is larger than a certain critical value,the damage mode of the beam will be converted from bending damage to shear damage. By comparing the shear strength of shear capacity and flexural capacity which are calculated by the Standard,the final damage mode of the restrained beams with web reinforcement made of complex high titanium heavy slag concrete can be judged; the testvalue of shear capacity is 36. 1% higher on average than the value calculated by the Standard,meeting the requirements of the Standard and providing the theoretical basis for the engineering application of this kind of beams.
