废砖再生混凝土预制墙板在往复荷载作用下的有限元数值分析

摘　　要：针对我国亟待解决的大量废砖建筑垃圾再生利用问题,提出将废砖作为再生骨料配置再生混凝土,并应用于带边框的预制墙板。在对该新型墙板水平往复试验的基础上,运用ABAQUS建立数值模型,对比分析了试验现象、应力状态、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化曲线。结果表明:引入废砖再生混凝土材料性能试验结果建立模型的有限元分析,可作为对废砖再生混凝土预制墙板受力性能分析的一种有效方法。Based on the urgent situation of wasted brick recycling,researches of making concrete with wasted brick as aggregate are carried out,and this kind of materials are applied to the precast wall with a border. On the basis of experiments of this new type of precast wall slab under cyclic load,numerical model is established by ABAQUS.The experimental phenomena,the stress state,hysteresis curves,skeleton curve and stiffness deterioration curve are compared. The results show that the finite element analysis considering materials properties of recycled concrete with wasted brick may be an efficient method to analyze the mechanical property of the precast wall slab.
