单层钢框架结构在多种施工偏差下的稳定性能分析

摘  要:本文针对单层单跨和单层双跨两种钢框架结构在加工和安装过程中可能出现的偏差,进行了基于线弹性理论的稳定特征系数的分析和基于非线性极限承载能力分析的极限荷载分析。重点讨论了在考虑各种偏差及偏差组合后,单层单跨及单层双跨钢框架结构稳定性的下降特点。计算表明,仅考虑单一偏差,对于框架的稳定性影响不大,但在考虑各种偏差组合后结构的稳定承载力下降较大。初始偏差对于线性稳定特征值影响比非线性分析的影响略大。随着框架的跨数增加,初始偏差的影响变得复杂。In this paper,the stability characteristics of single span and single double span frame structures are analyzed based on linear elastic theory for the possible deviation of steel frame in the process of fabrication and installation. Based on non-linear theory,the ultimate bearing capacity of single storey frame is analyzed,and the influences of initial deviation combination are studied. Considering the initial deviation,the drop characteristics of the frame structure stability are discussed. The computing results show that the stability of the steel frames is not affected by the single deviation,but the stability bearing capacity of the frames is decreased after considering the different combination of the initial deviation. Initial deviation for linear stability characteristic value influences slightly more than the nonlinear analysis. With the increase in the number of frames,the influence of the initial deviation becomes complex.
