摘 要:为了提高二齿差摆杆活齿传动的运行性能及设计水准,在考虑设计变量对目标函数可行域影响的基础上,根据二齿差摆杆活齿传动的结构和传动原理,建立了以系统输出轴(活齿架)角加速度最小为目标函数、主要结构参数为设计变量的单目标优化设计数学模型。基于惩罚函数法,对该数学模型进行数值实例求解分析。设计结果对提高二齿差摆杆活齿传动机构的传动效果和设计质量具有一定理论指导意义。In order to improve the two-tooth difference swing-rod movable teeth transmission design level and design quality, considering the design variables on the basis of the feasible region of objective function influence, According to the structure and transmission principle of the two-tooth difference swing-rod movable teeth transmission, established in the system output shaft(frame) of movable tooth angular acceleration minimum as objective function, main structure parameters as the design variables of the single objective optimization design mathematical model. Based on the penalty function method,to solve the model and the calculation example is given.Design results to improve the two-tooth difference swing-rod movable teeth transmission mechanism of movable tooth drive effect and quality of design has a certain theoretical guiding significance.
