摘 要:重载汽车变速箱输出轴是汽车的重要部件,它的结构及加工精度影响变速箱的工作性能。输出轴的内孔较长,钻孔有一定难度,并且不容易排屑。采用常规的机械加工方法,效率太低。经过多方论证,决定使用组合机床加工,并设计了专用的夹具。该夹具采用自动定心夹紧机构,结构新颖,定位装夹可靠,从两头同时钻孔,节约了加工时间,能够保证工件的加工精度,很好地解决了端面和内孔的垂直度达不到要求的难题,同时加工效率也提高了4~6倍。Gearbox output axis is a key component of a truck, the structure and the precision of which will influence the performance of the gearbox. The hole inside the output axis is rather long, which makes it difficult to drill and to remove the chips. Considering the low efficiency of the conventional processing method, after many arguements, we decided to use the combination machine tools with the specially designed fixture. The fixture, with its novel structure, reliable positioning feature and the automatic centering clamping mechanism, can perform drilling from both ends at the same time, thus save a lot of time and guarantee the machining accuracy. This method offers a good solution to the problem that the verticality between the end surfaces and the inner hole is not up to the requirements and at the same time promotes productive efficiency up to 4~6 times.
