摘　　要：针对压滤机滤布驱动不同步造成滤布的撕裂;油缸回油产生巨大的冲击振动;为达到较大缸径缸速要求需大功率电机驱动等问题。现将液压系统动力模块中增加同步马达、采用电磁球阀进行预卸荷、采用差动回路等创新设计。解决了设备经常损坏需要维修的问题,降低了电机功率,节约了能源。In view of the filter press filter cloth torn apart causing by filter cloth drive out of sync;a huge impact vibration causing by oil cylinder oil return; requiring high power motor drive in order to meet the requirements of large diameter cylinder speed, etc. Now add synchronous motor in hydraulic system power module,use electromagnetic valve to unloading and use the innovation such as differential circuit design. This solves the problem of maintenance caused by the equipment damage frequently,reduces the motor power, and saves the energy.
