摘　　要：针对新桥煤矿2107综采工作面回风顺槽转载点产生的高浓度粉尘,分析了转载点粉尘产生来源及产生特点,提出采用密闭触控自动喷雾降尘技术对其进行治理,介绍了密闭触控自动喷雾降尘系统组成及运作原理。降尘系统在该地点应用期间,设备运行稳定,控制系统灵敏、可靠,总粉尘降尘效率高达90.5%,有效的降低了转载点粉尘浓度,改善了作业人员劳动环境。According to the status of high dust concentration in transfer of the 2107 mechanized working face,it analysis the source and characteristics of the dust generation in transfer,and proposes the technology of airtight and automatic spray,and introduces the composition and operation principle of the automatic spray and airtight. The equipment is stable, and the control system is sensitive and reliable during operation.The total dust removal efficiency is 90.5% which can effectively reduce the dust concentration and improve the working environment of the workers.
