摘  要:从系统选型的角度阐述了液力偶合器不能仅以泵轮力矩系数一项来作为评定标准,还要综合动考虑动力机型号、特性和节能投入等方面。以带式输送机为例,分析了限矩型液力偶合器传动的节能效益及带式输送机用限矩型液力偶合器选型匹配要素,给出了多机驱动的带式输送机驱动系统应用实例。From the systematic point of view,the selection of hydraulic coupler should depend on not only the pump wheel torque coefficient,but also other comprehensive considerations,such as the motor machine types,characteristics and energy-saving investment. As an example,the analysis was conducted on the energy-saving efficiency of the torque limited hydraulic coupler applied in the belt conveyor. The analysis was conducted on the selection and matching considerations of the limited torque type hydraulic coupler on the belt conveyor. An application example was given of the multi driver belt conveyor drive system.
