边境自由贸易区发展中的警务课题和警察训练研究

摘　　要：自由贸易区建设事关我国经济持续增长和经济体制改革。自由贸易区警务管理或警察训练,已经具备作为独立研究领域或研究方向条件。因此,应立足我国自由贸易区发展背景和边境的区位特征,分析边境自由贸易区警务有涉外、涉国家安全、涉宗教和民族关系等特点,有提高警察国际理解、国际素养和外语沟通等能力要求。将坚定政治信仰和立场、反"内乱"技术、规范和文明执法以及服务自由贸易区经济建设等内容作为边境自由贸易区警察训练教材体系构成的必然内容。Construction of free trade zone is related to the sustaining growth of China＇s economy and the reform of economic system.Policing administration or police training in free trade zone already have the conditions as an independent research field and direction.Based on the developing background of China＇s free trade zone and the zone features of border,the research reveals that the features of the policing issues in the free trade zone of border areas are related to foreign country,national security,religion and national relations,so the police are required to improve the abilities of international understanding,international accomplishment and communication in foreign languages.Such contents like firm political beliefs and positions,anti-civil disorder technique,standardized and civilized law enforcement and services for economic construction of free trade zone are proposed to become parts of policing training education system and incorporate into teaching materials.
