机制砂在湘西山区公路工程中的应用

摘　　要：在湖南省湘西山区修建高速公路,桥隧比例较大,混凝土工程量巨大,需要大量的建筑用砂。充分利用该地区石灰岩生产机制砂用于工程建设,对节约资源、保护环境具有重要意义。通过对机制砂的生产和应用开展系统研究,建立了机制砂在公路工程中使用的质量技术要求,提出了相应的生产管理措施,形成了机制砂混凝土的使用质量控制技术,并进行了实体工程应用,研究表明质量优良的机制砂能满足公路工程建设用混凝土对砂石材料的质量技术要求。研究成果可为机制砂在公路工程中的全面推广应用提供借鉴和指导。Because of high proportion of bridge and tunnel as well as huge quantity of concrete demanded in the construction of expressway at mountainous of Xiangxi,Hunan,extensive amount of sand is needed. Making full use of the local limestone to product manufactured sand in engineering has great significances in saving resources and protecting environment. Based on systematic research on the mechanism of manufactured sand production and application,this paper establishes the quality and technology requirements of used in highway engineering. Corresponding production management measures are proposed. The manufactured sand concrete quality controlling technology is formed and applied in practical engineering. The research shows that manufactured sand of high quality in concrete can satisfy the technical requirements about the quality of the sand and gravel material in highway engineering construction. The achievements of this research can provide reference and guidance for generalization and application in the highway engineering.
