摘  要:选用甲基丙烯酸十二氟庚酯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、苯乙烯及丙烯酸等软硬单体分别进行种子乳液聚合,制备了粒径和玻璃化温度(Tg)不同的两种含氟丙烯酸酯共聚乳液,再以1∶1的质量比共混,并对其共混乳液的性能进行研究。结果表明:通过乳液共混可以形成微米级的凹凸区域,大大增加了乳胶膜表面的粗糙度,导致接触角增大,当A乳液与B乳液的质量比为1∶0.5时效果最好,接触角为117.8°。Two different fluorinated acrylate polymer latexes in mean diameter and glass transition temperature were prepared by seed emulsion polymerization of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate( DFHMA),butyl acrylate( n-BA),methyl methacrylate( MMA),styrol( St) and acroleic acid( AA). Through the blending of A and B latexes at the rate of 1 ∶ 1 in mass,the obtained samples were studied for their waterproof and oil- repellent performances.The result showed that forming micron- sized concave and convex area through blending two different emulsion could significantly increase the surface roughness of the latex film,thereby leading to larger contact angle. When the mass ratio between A and B latexes was 1 ∶ 0. 5,the contact angle of the latex film reached the maximum with 117. 8°.
