摘　　要：贵州水西彝族传统婚姻习惯法是水西彝族在漫长的生产生活实践中形成和发展起来的调整本民族内部婚姻关系且必须严格遵守的行为规范,其对水西彝族社会的稳定和进步,意义极为重要。通过大量访谈和阅读相关文献资料,发现贵州水西彝族传统婚姻缔结程序习惯法的内容极其丰富。因此,研究贵州水西彝族的订婚程序和结婚程序,对传承水西彝族传统文化具有十分重大的意义。Guizhou Shuixi Yi Nationality＇s customary law of traditional marriage is a kind of social norm which is gradually formed in the long process of life and production practices. The customary law,which can regulate national marriage and norms of behavior,is significantly conducive to stability and progress of Shuixi Yi Nationality＇s society. Through a large number of interviews and relevant literatures,the authors find that Shuixi Yi Nationality＇s traditional marriage procedure of customary law has very rich contents. Therefore,the study on Yi＇s engagement and marriage procedure is of great significance to inherit the traditional culture of Shuixi Yi Nationality.
