摘　　要：高校的行政管理是大学实现自身职能的重要支撑。本文对高校行政管理过程中"传帮带"机制的发展及变迁进行了思考与总结,提出了以变革创新的团队化的"传帮带"有效机制的建立促进对高校行政管理人员的有针对性的帮扶和培训从而提升高校整体的行政管理效能。The administrative management plays an important role in realizing the university functions.This paper explores the development and change of the mentoring system of administrative management in university and puts forward the innovation of mentoring mechanism in group to help and train administrative persons so as to enhance the university overall administrative efficiency.
