摘 要:将铜组分负载在不同粒径的C球表面,制得Cu/C催化剂,在对催化剂甲醇水蒸气重整反应活性考察的基础上,进行X射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(TPR)以及原位红外表征.结果表明,铜的晶格应变随C球粒径增大呈现先增大再减小的趋势,且催化剂的催化活性与铜的晶格应变之间存在着近似的线性关系.铜的晶格应变增加,表现出对H_2和CO小分子吸附能力增强,催化剂还原变得容易.Cu/C catalysts were prepared through loading copper species over C sphere with different grain sizes and their catalytic performance for methanol steam reforming was investigated in detail.Meanwhile,the catalysts were characterized with XRD,TPR,and in situ FT-IR.The results showed that the lattice micro-strain of copper first increased and then decreased gradually with the increase of C particle size.Furthermore,the catalytic activities showed similar linear relationship with the lattice micro-strains of copper.In addition,the increase of lattice micro-strains of copper could promote the adsorption of H_2 and CO as well as the reduction of CuO.
