探析湿性敷料治疗皮肤Ⅱ度烧伤的比较

摘　　要：目的探讨不同湿性敷料治疗皮肤Ⅱ度烧伤的临床效果。方法将2014年5月-2015年5月深圳市龙岗中心医院烧伤科收治的100例皮肤Ⅱ度烧伤患者作为观察对象,通过随机数字表法分为实验组和常规组,均为50例;常规组应用传统敷料进行创面包扎,实验组则应用新型湿性敷料包扎,对比分析两组患者敷料更换疼痛程度、愈合时间、住院时间及费用、瘢痕长度等。结果通过分析,实验组的愈合时间、创面疼痛度、住院时间及费用、瘢痕长度均要优于常规组,均有差异,统计有意义（P〈0.05）。结论对于皮肤Ⅱ度烧伤的治疗,应用新型湿性敷料的效果更优于传统油性敷料,可促进创面愈合,减轻换药时创面疼痛,还可减少瘢痕面积,缩短住院时间,减轻患者负担,值得临床推广和应用。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of different skin wet dressing in the treatment of second degree burns. Methods in May 2014-2015 may Shenzhen Longgang Center Hospital; Department of burn treated 100 cases of skin Ⅱ degree burn patients as the observation object, according to the random number table method is divided into the experimental group and routine group were 50 cases; group received traditional dressing for wound dressing, experimental group application model of wet dressing dressing, comparative analysis dressing, the patients in the two groups to replace the degree of pain and healing time, hospitalization time and cost, scar length. Results through the analysis of the experimental group, the healing time, wound pain, hospitalization time and cost, scar length were superior to the conventional group, the difference has statistical significance（P〈 0.05）. Conclusion for the treatment of skin Ⅱ degree burn, the application of new wet dressing effect is better than the traditional oilbased dressing can promote wound healing and reduce dressing wound pain, still can reduce scar area, shorten the time of hospitalization, reduce burden on patients, worth clinical promotion and application.
