摘 要:中国石化扬子石油化工有限公司采用高活性FTX体相催化剂与FHUDS-6,FF-46常规加氢精制催化剂在3.7 Mt/a汽柴油加氢精制装置反应器上进行级配装填并在柴油超深度加氢脱硫工艺中进行工业应用。结果表明,在反应入口压力为7.8 MPa、催化剂体积空速为1.00~1.10 h^(-1)、平均反应温度在342~346℃等条件下,采用高活性的体相与常规精制催化剂的级配体系,加工处理掺炼比为40%~55%(其中催化柴油掺炼比为14%~17%,其余为焦化柴油,均为质量分数,下同)的劣质原料油,可生产满足国Ⅴ标准的柴油产品。将催化柴油掺炼比提高到16%~21%,反应入口压力不变,在催化剂体积空速为1.00~1.15 h^(-1)、平均反应温度在345~350℃等条件下,可生产满足国Ⅳ标准的柴油产品。FTX体相催化剂具有优异的加氢活性,为生产国Ⅴ标准车用柴油提供技术保障。The bulk hydrogenation catalyst and conventional hydrogenation catalyst stacking technologies have been applied for the high-activity FTX catalyst, FHDS-6 and FF-46 conventional hydrotreating catalysts in a 3.70 MM TPY gasoline and diesel oil hydrogenation unit' commercial application showed that, when the catalyst grading s reactor in Yangtze Petrochemical Co.. The system of highly active bulk catalyst and con- ventional refining catalyst are applied, the high-sulfur crude oil with 40% -55% of secondary processing oil (in which LCO accounting to 14% - 17%, the other is coking diesel oil) can be processed to stably produce diesel products meeting Guo V standard specifications. When the blending ratio of FCC diesel is raised to 16% -21%, and the reactor inlet pressure is maintained unchanged, the diesel products meeting Guo Ⅳ standard specifications can be produced at LHSV of 1.00 - 1.15 h-1 and WABT of 345 - 350 %, etc. FTX bulk catalysts with excellent hydrogenation activity have provided a solid technical guarantee for the production of Guo V diesels.
