摘 要:合成了一种新型重油悬浮床加氢裂化油溶性催化剂二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼,考察了不同合成条件下催化剂产率和金属回收率;利用SEM,TEM和动态光散射仪表征了该催化剂硫化后的性质,并通过XPS对其自硫化性能进行了研究。结果表明,合成该催化剂的最佳物料摩尔比为H_2SO_4∶Na_2MoO_4∶CS_2∶C_8H_(19)N∶Na_2S·9H_2O=1.3∶1∶1.5∶1.5∶1;最佳反应条件:温度90℃,反应时间5 h。在重油悬浮床加氢条件下,催化剂具有自硫化功能,无需添加硫化剂,与环烷酸钼催化剂相比,该催化剂具有更好的加氢活性,在催化剂质量分数200μg/g、反应温度430℃、压力7.0 MPa下,单位生焦率下的轻油收率达到42.4%,总生焦量仅为0.96%。A new oil-soluble catalyst-molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate for residue slurry-bed hydro- cracking was synthesized, and the production rate and the recovery rate of metals were investigated under dif- ferent conditions. The s ulfurized catalysts were characterized by SEM, TEM, DLS and XPS. The best synthetic conditions were that H2SO4: NaEMO04: CS2: CsH19N: NaES · 9H20 were 1: 1.5: 1.5: 1, the reaction temperature was 90 ℃ and reaction time was 5 hours. The catalyst had the self-sulfidization function without adding sulfide. Compared with molybdenum naphthenate, the molybdenum dialkyl dithiocarbamate had a better per- formance of hydrogenation activity. Under the conditions of 200 ppm catalyst concentration, 430 ℃ reaction temperature, and 7 MPa pressure, the light oil yield per unit coke make reached 42.4% and the total coke make was only 0.96%.
