摘　　要：老鹳草素是一种在自然界中分布广泛的多酚类化合物,具有多种生物活性。文章综述了近年来自然界中发现的老鹳草素的分离纯化及其在植物界的分布,其主要存在于牻牛儿苗科中的老鹳草属和大戟科的叶下珠属,并重点对其生物活性进行了概述,包括抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗感染、代谢调节和免疫活性等。为进一步开发利用老鹳草素提供参考。Geraniin is one of polyphenolic compounds,which are widely distributed in nature and have a variety of biological activi- ties. This study reviewed the distribution of geraniin in plantae and its biological activities after separation and purification. It is mainly widespreads in the genus of Geranium the Gereniaceae family, Phyllanthus of the Euphorbiaceae family. More emphases were given on the aspects of anti-oxidant, anti-tumor, anti-infection, metabolic regulation, immunological effects, etc. It could provide a reference for further exploitation and utilization of the geraniin.
