摘　　要：高校作为知识型机构的代表,拥有丰富的人力和技术资源,是数字档案馆建设的主力军。从我国数字档案馆建设情况来看,高校档案馆建设走在了前列,取得了一定的成就,但同时也暴露出了一些问题。本文在介绍我国高校数字档案馆发展状况的基础上,分析了我国高校数字档案馆建设存在的问题,并针对加强我国高校数字化档案馆建设提出了几点政策性思考。Colleges and universities, as the representative of the knowledge organization, possessed the rich human and technical resources, it is the main force of construction of digital archives. From the point of digital archives construction situation in our country, one of the leading enterprises in the construction of university archives, has obtained certain achievements, but also exposed some problems. This paper introduces the development status of digital archives in col- leges and universities, based on the analysis of the problems existing in the construction of digital archives in colleges and universities, and puts forward some policy to strengthen the construction of digital archives in colleges and universities.
