摘　　要：目的探讨水通道蛋白(AQP)在子宫内膜异位症的表达及子宫内膜细胞迁徙中的作用。方法分析70例子宫内膜异位症患者临床资料,异位子宫内膜作为实验组和在位内膜作为对照组,RNA干扰后腺细胞作为干扰实验组和si RNA阴性对照作为阴性对照组。观察AQP2、5、8表达及腺细胞RNA干扰后细胞穿孔计数情况。结果实验组AQP2、5、8阳性表达率均低于对照组(P<0.05);干扰实验组腺细胞RNA干扰后48、72、96 h细胞穿孔计数均低于阴性对照组(P<0.05)。结论 AQP2、5、8蛋白过表达和子宫内膜异位症发生过程、子宫内膜腺细胞迁徙过程均有密切的关系。Objective To investigate effect by aquaporins （AQP） in expression of endometriosis and endometrial cell migration. Methods Clinical data of 70 endometriosis patients were analyzed. Patients with endometriosis were taken as experimental group, an those with eutopic endometrium as control group. Patients with gland cell after RNA interference were taken as interference experimental group, and those with negative siRNA as negative control group. Observation was made on expression of AQP2, 5, 8 and gland cell perforation count after RNA interference. Results The experimental group had all lower positive expression rate of AQP2, 5, 8 than the control group （P〈O.05）, and the interference experimental group had all lower cell perforation count in 48, 72, 96 h after gland cell RNA interference than the negative control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Overexpression of AQP2, 5, 8 protein contains close correlation with generating process of endometriosis and endometrial cell migration
