息县湿地保护管理现状及发展策略

摘　　要：息县是秦岭-淮河地理分界线的一个组成部分。本文对该县湿地资源及其生物资源现状进行了全面调查,摸清了其湿地资源分布类型和生态功能特性。同时,分析了当前该县湿地保护管理现状与主要存在的问题;从加强湿地保护力度、加大对现有湿地公园保护能力建设、提高人民群众对湿地保护意识、适度合理利用湿地资源等方面提出逐步建立湿地保护管理协作机制与可持续发展的湿地保护发展策略。Xixian is a part of the geographical boundaries of QinLing-HuaiHe ,which is the most important signifiance in china.Bsaed on the investigation of wetland resources and biological resources in Xixian County, the distribution types and ecological functions of wedand resources in the county were found out. Meanwhile, the current situation and main problems of wetland protection management in this county are analyzed; The strategy of wetland protection of establishing the cooperation mechanism and sustainable development of wetland conservation management is put forward from enhancing the protection of Wetland. Increasing the existing wedand park protection capacity building. Improving the people＇s awareness of wetland conservation and reasonable using wetland resources.
