摘　　要：文章以中央城镇工作会议大力促进小城镇发展为前提,通过分析西藏小城镇和城镇化过程中的问题,根据西藏区域发展的禀赋条件、发展阶段和现状,提出西藏小城镇发展的点、轴线、面结合的发展模式,具体阐述了西藏小城镇发展的具体构想。The paper analyses the problems in the small town in Tibet Autonomous Region and the process of urbanization, by Working conference of the central cities and towns vigorously promotes development of small cities and towns as the premise, according to the regional development in Tibet endowments, stage of development and current situation of proposed the development model of small town development in Tibet, axis, surface binding, is described in detail the specific conception about the development of small towns in Tibet.
