摘 要:研究了不同掺量、高低温稻壳灰等量替代硅灰后对RPC试件的抗压强度、抗折强度及折压比的影响,并通过不同的养护制度(即热水养护及蒸汽养护)测试绿色环保型RPC力学性能的发展规律.研究结果表明:低温稻壳灰与硅灰在复掺作用下比单掺硅灰更有利于RPC强度的增长,且能更好地改善RPC的脆性;采用100℃热水养护比蒸汽养护对RPC抗压强度更有利,然而养护制度对其抗折强度的影响并不明显.因此将稻壳灰作为绿色资源应用于RPC中,在获得超高性能的同时对降低成本与实现资源化再生利用均有指导性意义.This article via experiment data studies the law of development of RPC ’ s mechanical propertyafter RH A ( rice husk ash) replaced the silica fume with RH A under low /high temperature and differentvolume. By means of experiment data tests the law of development of green-environmental RPC 's mechanicalproperty during different curing system s ( which are heat water curing and steam curing). The resultshows that among the reactive powder concrete, under the mixed environment of RH A and silica fume,RPC gets higher intense,and can improve the brittleness of RPC better. The study also finds that comparedwith the environment of 90 °C steam curing system , the RPC test group shows the obvious compressivestrength against the reactive powder concrete under the 100 °C heat water curing system , but little effect onfolding strength. So it has a guiding significance,not only RH Ais applied to RPC as a green resource but alsoit has high performance in the same tim e, which can reduce the cost and realize resource recycling.
