摘  要:针对富集后的高砷河道尾砂进行氧化焙烧脱砷处理研究,考察焙烧温度、空气流速、停留时间、进料粒度等主要影响因子对脱砷效果的影响.试验得出的高砷河道尾砂氧化焙烧适宜条件为:焙烧温度700~800℃、焙烧时间60min左右、料层厚度10~15mm,而空气流速的影响不明显.综合试验结果表明:在适宜的焙烧条件下,高砷尾砂通过氧化焙烧后砷的含量可降低至0.4%左右,脱砷率达到90%以上.Oxidation roasting was used to remove the arsenic in the enriched river tailin gs, and the effectof calcination tem perature, air flow rate, residence tim e, feed particle size and other main influence factorson arsenic removal was evaluated. The suitable roasting conditions were studied. Results showed that thebest calcination temperature was 700?800 °C, and the roasting time was about 60 min. Furthermore, theappropriate m aterial thickness was 10 -15 m m , and the effect of air flow rate on arsenic removal was notobvious. These results show that under the appropriate conditions, the arsenic in river tailings after oxidizingroasting treatment can be reduced to about 0. 4% , meanwhile, the removal rate can reach 90% at least.
