摘  要:以湖南会同杉木基地Ⅲ号集水区25年生杉木人工林为研究对象,测定杉木林土壤及凋落物的C、N、P含量。结果表明:凋落物中有机C、全N、全P含量的平均值分别为569.16、13.82、2.76 g/kg;C∶N、C∶P、N∶P的平均值分别为44.92、263.72、6.11。土壤中有机C、全N、全P含量的平均值分别为14.51、1.19、0.60 g/kg;C∶N、C∶P、N∶P的平均值分别为13.6、26.5、2.2;土壤C∶N、C∶P、N∶P等生态化学计量特征在空间上具有显著差异;土壤全N含量表现为上坡高于下坡,中坡最低;全P含量基本保持稳定的状态,养分元素含量均随土壤深度的增加而下降。凋落物的全P与土壤表层的全N具有极显著的负相关关系,凋落物的C∶P、N∶P与土壤表层的全N具有极显著的正相关关系。Taking the 25 years Chinese fir forest in different slope positions in III catchment area of Chinese fir base of Huitong County in Hunan Province as research object,examine the C,N,P content of soil and Chinese fir forest litter fall. The results indicated that the average values of the organic C,total N,total P content of the litter fall were 569. 16, 13. 82,2. 76 g/kg respectively;the value of C ∶N,C ∶P,N ∶P were 44. 92,263. 72,6. 1 1 respectively. The average values of organic C,total N,total P content of the soil were 14. 51,1. 19,0. 60 g/kg respectively,the values of C∶N, C∶P,N ∶P were 13. 6,26. 5,2. 2 respectively. In different space the ecological stoichiometric characteristics of soil were significantly different,soil total N content ranked in the order of up﹣slope 〉down﹣slope 〉mid﹣slope,the content of nutrient elements decreased with soil depth. The total P of the litter fall and total N of the soil surface into a very signifi﹣cant negative correlation,C:P and N:P of the litter fall and total N of the soil surface into a very significant positive correlation.
