摘　　要：本文在体育文化大繁荣、大发展的时代背景下,以体育精神、体育行为为研究视角,从政策的引导和保障、学校全面育人理念的实施、体育教师良好职业素养的习得三方面剖析校园体育的教育价值,为实现学生全面发展提供对策.On the background of great prosperity and development of sports culture,this paper from the perspective of sports spirit and sports behavior analyzes the educational value of campus sports from three aspects: guiding and guarantee of policy,implementation of education concept of school,and acquisition of good professional quality of sports teacher.
