摘 要:为增强滚动计划法在多品种小批量企业提高准时交货率方面的有效性,文章在对滚动计划法已有研究的基础上,提出一种分阶段优化的总体构想。有别于集成优化思想,分阶段优化是将滚动计划法在实施过程中面临的诸多问题划分层次,采用粗细结合的方法分别处理,通过回归分析对外协加工时间进行预测,针对性强、效率较高。最后通过仿真实验验证方法的有效性。In order to enhance the efficiency of the rolling method in improving the on-time delivery rate in multi-variety and small-batch enterprises, this paper proposes an overall idea of phased optimization based on the research of the rolling production planning method. Different from the integrated optimization, the phase optimization divides the problems into layers, then deals with them separately with thickness combination method. It uses regression analysis to predict the time of outsourcing processing; therefore it has the advantages of strong pertinence and high efficiency. Finally, the validity of the method is verified by simulation experiment.
