摘 要:目的评价基于数字化平台的骨质疏松症健康管理模式的临床效果。方法选取2014年6月至2015年2月门诊的256例骨质疏松症患者,按照性别分层后随机分为研究组(128例)和对照组(128例)。研究组患者给予基于数字化平台的骨质疏松症健康管理干预,对照组于门诊常规随诊,随访期限1年。对比分析两组患者骨折发生率、骨密度、骨质疏松知识(OKT)和生活质量评分(SF-36量表)。结果研究组患者男性和女性1年内骨折发生率(2.04%,3.79%)都明显低于对照组(14.29%,13.92%)(P=0.027,P=0.025)。随访1年时,研究组腰椎(L2-L4)及股骨颈骨密度(0.8401±0.0951,0.7044±0.0887 g/cm2)明显高于对照组(0.7748±0.1147,0.6476±0.0972 g/cm2)(P=0.000,P=0.000),骨质疏松知识OKT分值(21.84±2.25)明显高于对照组(14.91±3.01)(P=0.000),SF-36量表评分各个维度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于数字化平台的骨质疏松症健康管理模式对骨质疏松症的防治效果确切,可以使患者骨密度值升高,骨折发生率降低,生活质量有所提高。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of osteoporosis health management model based on the digital platform. Methods 258 osteoporosis patients in the orthopaedic centre outpatient from June 2014 to February 2015 were randomly assigned to research group(n = 128) either control group(n = 128),stratified by sex. The research group patients were intervened by the osteoporosis health management based on the digital platform. The follow - up period lasted 1 year. The fracture rate,bone mineral density(BMD),osteoporosis knowledge(OKT)and SF -36 scores were analyzed. Results The fracture rates within one - year follow - up of both research group male and female(2. 04% ,3. 79% ) were significantly lower than those of control group(14. 29% ,13. 92% )( P = 0. 027,P = 0. 027). After one - year intervention,the BMD of lumbar spine and femoral neck of research group were significantly higher than those of control group( P 〈 0. 001). The OKT scores of research group were significantly higher than those of control group( P 〈 0. 001). The SF - 36 scores in all dimensions of research group were higher than the control group( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The osteoporosis health management model based on the digital platform was an effective method. It could reduce the fracture rate,enhance the BMD and improve the living quality.
