摘　　要：监测评价是农业外资项目的一个重要管理手段。文章系统分析了山西省亚行贷款河川农业综合开发项目监测评价工作的主要做法及所取得成效,同时对监测评价工作中存在的问题作了分析讨论,提出相应的建议与对策。Monitoring and evaluation is an important management means of agricultural foreign capital projects. This paper did system analysis of the main methods and obtained results of ADB loan Hechuan agricultural comprehensive development project monitoring and evaluation, did analysis and discusses on the existing problems at the same time, and putted forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
