摘  要:在地浸工艺钻孔施工过程中,因各种原因钻孔中心线偏离设计轴线,形成孔斜,从而造成机械钻速低,施工周期长、钻井成本高,甚至达不到生产设计要求,影响后期浸出效率。采用随钻测斜及纠斜技术可监控钻进过程中钻头的位置和见矿点位置。可以预见,随着地浸工艺钻孔深度的不断增大,随钻测斜及纠斜技术将成为地浸钻孔施工的最重要的技术之一。In the process of in-situ leaching construction,due to various reasons,the borehole’s centerline is deviated from the design axis which generates the borehole deviation.As a result,it cause lower rate of penetration,stretches operating period,increases drilling cost,even get unqualified production requirement and finally affects later leaching efficiency.Measuring and straightening deviation can monitor drill bit and probe into ore point position during drilling borehole.With the increase of drill hole depth in in-situ leaching engineering,it can be predicted that the technology of measuring and straightening deviation while drilling would be one of the most important technologies in in-situ leaching engineering process.
