摘 要:针对新疆某铀矿床岩矿样品,开展了浸出工艺的实验室研究。通过搅拌浸出试验,探索了较合理的碳酸氢根用量和氧化剂浓度。在搅拌试验的基础上,模拟现场浸出工艺过程,开展了CO_2+O_2加压柱浸试验。试验历时148d,铀浸出率达92.46%。通过研究获得了氧气和二氧化碳使用浓度等浸出工艺参数,为矿山下一步工业开发提供了技术支撑。The rock core sample from one uranium deposit in Xinjiang was collected.Bicarbonate with oxidant agitation leaching experiment and CO2 +O2 pressure leaching column leaching experiment were carried out in the laboratory.The reasonable oxidant dosage and bicarbonate concentration tentative exploration were carried out by the stirring leaching test.The whole process of CO2+O2 pressurized column leaching test are simulate the field leaching process.By changing the oxygen concentration and carbon dioxide concentration and other conditions in different stages of pressure leaching,the optimization leaching results were achieved.The experiment lasted through 148 days,and the leaching rate of uranium was 92.46%.The best leaching condition of oxygen and carbon dioxide concentrations were obtained.The study provides theoretical basis for the preparation of the best leaching agent composition in situ leaching field as well as technical support for the design of mine.
