摘  要:研究了从低品位难选铀钼矿石中浸出铀钼的工艺,考察了焙烧温度、添加剂种类及用量、焙烧时间、矿石粒度等对矿石焙烧效果的影响。试验结果表明,最佳的钙化焙烧工艺条件为:矿石粒度-100目、焙烧温度750℃、碳酸钙用量为4%(与矿石质量比)、焙烧时间2h。在此工艺条件下,焙砂用硫酸浸出,铀和钼浸出率分别达到62.5%和79.2%。Leaching uranium and molybdenum from low-grade refractory uranium-molybdenum ore which was processed by calcified roasting technology has been studied.The effects of particle size of ore,roasting additive,roasting temperature,roasting time were examined.The results show that by application of sulfuric acid as leaching agent,uranium and molybdenum leaching rate can reach 62.5%and 79.2% respectively under the conditions of particle size of-100 mesh,roasting temperature of750 ℃,roasting time of 2hours,using 4% CaCO3 as additive in the roasting process.
