自拟滋肾养阴方联合西药治疗肾阴虚证卵巢早衰疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察自拟滋肾养阴方联合西药治疗肾阴虚证卵巢早衰的临床疗效。方法将130例肾阴虚证卵巢早衰患者随机分为2组,对照组65例给予西药单用治疗,观察组65例在此基础上加用自拟滋肾养阴方治疗,2组均以20 d为1个疗程,共治疗4个疗程。观察2组治疗前后中医证候积分、Kupperman评分、性激素水平及GDF-9、BMP-15水平变化情况,统计2组近期疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果 2组治疗后中医证候积分和Kupperman评分均明显降低(P均<0.05),且观察组改善情况明显优于对照组(P均<0.05);2组治疗后FSH和LH水平均明显降低(P均<0.05),E2水平及GDF-9和BMP-15水平均明显增高(P均<0.05),且观察组改善情况均显著优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组近期疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟滋肾养阴方联合西药治疗肾阴虚证卵巢早衰可有效改善患者临床症状体征,调节性激素水平及GDF-9、BMP-15水平,且未增加不良反应发生风险。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Zishen Yangyin decoction combined with western medi -cine on premature orerian failure of Shen Yin-deficiency .Methods 130 patients with premature orerian failure of Shen Yin-de-ficiency were randomly divided into two groups：the control group with 65 cases were treated with simple western medicine , the control group with 65 cases were added with Zishen Yangyin decoction on the basis of treatment in control group .20 days was one treatment course , and both groups were treated for 4 courses.The changes of scores of Chinese medicine syndromes , Kup-perman scores, level of sex hormone , GDF-9 and BMP-15 before and after treatment were observed in both groups .The late curative effect and occurrence of side effect were calculated .Results The scores of Chinese medicine syndromes, Kupperman scores, the levels of FSH and LH were decreased significantly while the levels of E2 and GDF-9 and BMP-15 were increased in both groups （P〈0.05）, and the decrease or increase was more significant in observation group than that in control group （P〈0.05）.The late curative effect in observation group was better than that in control group （P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in occurrence rate of side effect between the two groups （P〉0.05）.Conclusion Zishen Yangyin decoction combined with western medicine can effectively improve clinical symptom and sign, regulate the levels of sex hormone, GDF-9 and BMP-15 without increase of risk of side effect occurrence in the treatment of premature orerian failure of Shen Yin -deficiency .
