摘　　要：结合工程实例,分析了PPP融资模式存在的主要风险因素,从环境、市场、运营维护等角度,探讨了PPP项目风险管理的主要措施,有利于提高我国当前基础设施建设的投资效率。Combining with the examples,the paper analyzes some major risks in the PPP financing model,and explores the main measures in the risk management of the program from the environment,market,and operation maintenance,so as to improve the investment efficiency of the infrastructures in China.
