品管圈在降低心血管介入术后穿刺部位并发症中的应用

摘　　要：目的为了进一步减少心血管介入术后穿刺部位并发症的发生率并提高患者对护理的满意度,分析和研究品管圈在治疗过程中应用的价值和意义。方法按照随机原则选取100例于2015年1月—2016年1月来该院行心血管介入术治疗的患者作为研究对象并根据双面对照原则将其分为对照组和试验组,所有患者在治疗过程中给予常规的护理措施,而试验组则在常规护理措施的基础上给予品管圈,比较不同护理措施对疗效的影响。结果试验组和对照组患者均取得一定护理疗效,但试验组患者并发症发生率更低,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心血管介入术后患者在治疗过程中应用品管圈,不仅能够减少穿刺部位并发症的发生率,而且提高患者对护理服务的满意度,效果显著,值得推广和应用。Objective To analyze and research the application value and significance of quality control circle during treat-ment in order to further reduce the incidence rate of complications in puncture site after the cardiovascular interventional operation and improve the nursing satisfactory degree of patients to nursing. Methods 100 cases of patients treated with car-diovascular interventional operation in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were randomly selected and divided into two groups according to the double-faced and comparison principle, both the control group and the experimental group were given conventional nursing measures during treatment, but the experimental group were given quality control circle on the basis of the conventional nursing measures, and the effects of the different nursing measures on curative effect were compared. Results The research discovered that both groups obtained a certain nursing curative effect, but the incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower, and the difference between groups had statistical significance by comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of quality control circle by patients after cardiovascular interventional op-eration during treatment can not only reduce the incidence rate of complications in puncture site but also improve the satis-factory degree of patients to nursing services, and the effect is obvious, which is worth promotion and application.
