心理护理在护理管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结脑科医院护理管理工作中加强心理护理的有效性与必要性。方法此研究随机筛选2014年5月—2016年5月进入脑科医院精神科接受救治的108例患者,分析其各项资料后,再进行分组:基础管理组(n=51例,管理工作中实施基础性管理内容)、综合管理组(n=57例,管理工作中加以心理护理相关措施),对两种管理方案应用价值进行评定,并对两组满意度、SDS评估分数、SAS评估分数等指标进行对照。结果落实两种护理管理项目后,综合管理组SDS评估分数(30.77±7.96)分,基础管理组(39.65±9.03)分;综合管理组SAS评估分数(30.26±6.89)分,基础管理组(45.26±11.56)分,且综合管理组满意度优于基础管理组(P<0.05)。结论脑科医院护理管理工作中,通过加强心理护理相关措施,有助于提升其满意度,同时还能改善精神科患者SDS评估分数与SAS评估分数,值得推荐。Objective To summarize the effectiveness and necessity of enhancing mental nursing in the hospital nursing management work in the department of brain. Methods 108 cases of patients treated in the department of psychiatry of our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were randomly screened, the various data were analyzed and the patients were divided into two groups, the basic management group （n=51） implemented basic management content in management work, the com-prehensive management group （n=57） implemented mental nursing relevant measures in management work on the basis of the basic management group, and the application value of the two groups was evaluated, and the indicators including satisfacto-ry degree, SDS evaluation score and SAS evaluation score were objectively compared between the two groups. Results After implementation, the SDS evaluation score and SAS evaluation score were respectively （30.77±7.96）marks and （30.26±6.89） marks in the comprehensive management group and （39.65±9.03） marks and （45.26±11.56） marks in the basic management group, and the satisfactory degree in the comprehensive management group was better than that in the basic management group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the nursing management work in the brain hospital, enhancing mental nursing relevant mea-sures contributes to improving satisfactory degree and improving SDS evaluation score and SAS evaluation score in patients in the department of psychiatry, which is worth recommendation.
