摘　　要：根据涤纶细旦高强丝的特点,研制出生产涤纶缝纫线专用丝的12头高速纺设备,从熔体管路及纺丝箱、纺丝组件、喷丝板的设计、牵伸辊表面粗糙度、加热板、上油方式等方面论述了设备特点,介绍了生产167 dtex/48 f涤纶缝纫线产品的工艺条件。According to the characteristics of fine denier polyester high tenacity yarn ,the 12 ends high speed spin- ning equipments for special yarn for production of polyester sewing thread were developed. The characteristics of the equipments were discussed from melt pipeline and spinning manifold, spinning pack, design of the spinneret, draw- ing roller surface roughness, heating plate ,oiling method etc. The process conditions of producing 167 dtex/48 f pol- yester sewing thread products were introduced.
