摘　　要：对洛阳石化PTA装置产品中4-CBA异常波动事件进行深入分析。结果表明,4-CBA异常波动是氧化单元TA第3结晶器冷凝器列管泄漏和尾气干燥器带液引起,2者相互作用进而造成中间产品TA中Ca、Mg、Si Fe、Cr、Ni、Al等杂质超标,最终造成加氢催化剂Pd/C覆盖失活。In this paper, the abnormal fluctuation of 4-carboxybenzaldehyde content in PTA production of Luoyang Petrochemical Company had been studied. The fluctuation was caused by the leakage of the third crystallizer con- denser tube and the hydrops of the reactor vent gas dryers. The interactions of them had caused that the impurities, such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Si, Cr, Ni, Al in intermediate product TA had increased greatly, and ultimately resulted in the deactivation of hydrogenation Pd/C catalyst.
