摘 要:应用盆栽方式对不同光照与水分条件下苗期泡桐(Paulownia fortunei)的苗高增长量、地径增长量及光响应曲线进行分析,用Li-6400测定光响应曲线并用直角双曲线修正模型进行拟合,结果表明:在无遮荫条件下,苗高增长量随土壤含水量的降低而降低,地径增长量随土壤含水量的降低而降低;在一层遮阴条件下,苗高增长量随土壤含水量的降低而降低。不同处理下,光响应曲线的变化趋势大致相同。最大净光合速率(P_(max))在不同遮荫(透光率)条件下的表现为:无遮荫(100%)>一层遮荫(22.65%)>二层遮荫(5.37%);在土壤含水量最低时,P_(max)最小。在无遮荫条件下,光补偿点(LCP)随土壤含水量的降低而降低。光饱和点(LSP)无明显规律。初始量子效率(α)无明显差异。无遮荫层P_(max)、LCP、呼吸速率(Rd)均大于一层遮荫和二层遮荫。Height growth,basal diameter growth and light-response curve of seedling-stage Paulownia fortunei raided in pots under different light and water conditions were analyzed,and the light-response curved was tested by Li-6400 and fit with right angle hyperbolic model. The results showed that the amount of height and basal diameter growth decreased with the decrease of soil moisture content under the no-shading condition; the amount of height growth decreased with the decrease of soil moisture content under a layer of shade condition. All the treatments had the same variation trend. Under different shading conditions( light transmittance rate) the order of maximum net photosynthetic rate( P_(max) ) was as follows: no-shading condition( 100%) a layer of shade condition( 22. 65%) two layers of shade condition( 5. 37%). The value of P_(max) was the smallest under the lowest soil moisture content condition. The light compensation point( LCP) decreased with the decrease of soil moisture content under noshading condition. The variation of the light saturation point( LSP) did not show obvious pattern. The quantum efficiency( α) showed no significant difference. The P_(max) ,LCP and dark respiration rate( Rd)under no-shading condition was bigger than that under one-layer shade condition and two-layer shade condition.
