摘  要:为了探讨复硝酚钠(CSN)与萘乙酸(NAA)对红花羊蹄甲(Bauhinia blakeana)插条生根的影响,研究了不同CSN浓度、NAA浓度,不同CSN浓度和600 mg/L NAA复配等处理对红花羊蹄甲插条生根的效果。结果表明:复硝酚钠单独使用对插条生根作用明显,但不能满足生产实践需要;CSN、NAA复合配方能显著提高红花羊蹄甲插条的生根效果,并能够满足生产实践需要,150 mg/L CSN+600 mg/L NAA生根效果最好。In order to identify the effects of compound sodium nitrophenolate and 1-Naphthylacetic acid( NAA) on cutting rooting of Bauhinia blakeana,the effects of different concentrations of CSN,NAA as well as CSN and 600 mg/L NAA compound on Bauhinia blakeana rooting were studied. The results showed that although the sole application of CSN had significant effect on rooting,this treatment could not meet the demand of mass production,while the combined use of CSN and NAA significantly improved rooting rate of Bauhinia blakeana and met the production demand. The optimal treatment was the combination of 150 mg/L CSN and 600 mg/L NAA,which could have the best effects on rooting.
