摘　　要：介绍了影响雨衰的要素以及常用的雨衰预测模型——ITU-R模型,通过ITU-R雨衰预测模型,以扬州地区为例计算了雨衰大小,并通过Matlab进行仿真,分析了海拔高度、卫星纬度以及信号频率对卫星通信系统的降雨衰减特性的影响。This paper introduces the factors influencing the rain attenuation and the common rain attenuation forecast model——ITU-R model,calculates the rain attenuation magnitude taking Yangzhou area as an example through the ITU-R rain attenuation prediction model,and performs the simulation by using Matlab,analyzes the influence of height above sea level,satellite latitude and signal frequency on the rain attenuation characteristic of satellite communication system.
