落花生枝叶化学成分的分离与鉴定

摘　　要：目的 研究落花生枝叶（Arachishypogaea L.）的化学成分。方法 利用各种色谱技术进行分离,运用现代光谱技术鉴定化合物结构。结果 从落花生枝叶中分离得到15个化合物,分别鉴定为：苜蓿酚（Ⅰ）,3-羟基-9-甲氧基-6H-苯并呋喃[3,2-C]苯并吡喃-6-酮（Ⅱ）,3-异丙基-吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮（Ⅲ）,3-异丁基-吡咯并哌嗪-2,5-二酮（Ⅳ）,尿嘧啶（Ⅴ）,胸腺嘧啶（Ⅵ）,胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷（Ⅶ）,苯丙氨酸（Ⅷ）,烟酸（Ⅸ）,2-呋喃甲酸（Ⅹ）,阿魏酸（Ⅺ）,香草酸（Ⅻ）,邻羟基苯甲酸（ⅩⅢ）,丁二酸（ⅩⅣ）和丁二酸单甲酯（ⅩⅤ）。结论 化合物Ⅰ-Ⅸ为首次从该种植物中分离得到。OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Arachis hypogaea L. METHODS Various column chromatographic techniques were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents and their structures were elucidated by spectral analysis. RESULTS Fifteen compounds were isolated and identified as 4,9-dihydroxy-3-methothxy- coumestan（Ⅰ） , 3-hydroxy-9-dimethothxycoumestan （ Ⅱ ） , 3-isopropyl-pyrrolopiperazine-2,5-dione （ Ⅲ ） , 3-isobutylpyrrol- opiperazine-2,5-dione（Ⅳ）, uracil（ Ⅴ）, thymine（Ⅵ）, thymidine（Ⅶ）, L-（-）-phenylalanine（Ⅷ）, nicotinic acid（Ⅻ）, 2- furancarboxylic acid（ Ⅹ）, ferulic acid （ Ⅺ ）, vanillic acid （ Ⅶ）, 2-hydroxybenzoic acid （ Ⅷ）, amber acid （ ⅩⅣ） , and methyl hydrogen succinate（ ⅩⅤ ） CONCLUSION The compounds Ⅰ - IX are isolated from Arachis hypogaea L. for the first time.
