摘 要:目的运用L9(34)正交试验设计,考察各影响因素显著性,筛选抗毒合剂的最佳制备工艺。方法应用正交试验法考察加水量、提取时间和提取次数对抗毒合剂提取工艺的影响,通过高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸的含量和浸膏得率,用综合加权评分法对提取工艺进行评价,并进行验证。结果抗毒合剂的最佳水提醇沉工艺为A3B2C2,即饮片回流提取3 h,加10倍量的水,提取2次。结论经正交设计优化的抗毒合剂的制备工艺合理可行,该方法简便、精度高、重现性好。OBJECTIVE To select the optimum extracting procedure for Kangdu Mixture by the application of L9 ( 34 ). METHODS Orthogonal design was used to observe and study the effects of the factors of water volume, extracting times and ex- tracting time on kangdu Mixture, the chlorogenic Acid and yield of dry extract was determined by high performance liquid chroma- tography,the synthetic weighted mark method was used to evaluate the extraction process. RESULTS The optimum water ex- traction is as follows : 10 times of water, extracting twice by relux,2 hours for each time. CONCLUSION The process choosed in this experiment is practicable and can be applied for preparation of Kangdu Mixture, the optimal process is simple and high pre- cision.
