摘　　要：战略性新兴产业作为我国经济发展新的经济增长点,其与传统产业协同发展的观点得到了广大学者的广泛认可。研究传统产业与战略性新兴产业的关联性,首次系统开发了传统产业驱动战略性新兴产业发展的关联性影响要素测量量表,并以黑龙江省高端装备制造业为例进行了信效度检验。结果发现,传统优势产业通过创新驱动、市场拉动、投资拉动和政策与制度保证4个维度对战略性新兴产业产生影响。As a new economic growth point in China, strategic emerging industries should be developed synergistically with traditional industries, and this view is being accepted and recognized by scholars. This paper focused on the correlation between strategic emerging industries and traditional industries,and initially developed a systematical a measurement scale as a measuring tool to test correlated drivers through which traditional industries drive the development of strategic emerging industries,and tested its reliability and validity using the data from high end equipment manufacturing industries in Hei- longjiang Province. The result shows that traditional industries drive the development of strategic emerging industries through four factors：innovationdriving, marketing pulling, investment impelling, policy and institutiondriving. The contribution of this paper is developing a measuring tool to measure the factors that effect the development of strategic emerging industries, further to realize the quantitative analysis of traditional industries＂ influence on strategic emerging industries.
